Good News In Southern Spain

JA I am not holding my breath that the judge is going to be our saviour. We dont know what he will decide. The cleansing of the building industry will take a long time ,  not something thats going to happen overnight. At least we dont have much longer to wait for the outcome of the proceedings. Hi Briando, you are  spot on as far as I can remember  the conversation at the first meeting with my new Lawyer in May (11th).  This was my initial plan to sue for breach of contract and paperwork was going to be put together during my trip that week.  Two days latter, SJ entered into voluntary Administration which changed things for all the reasons you mention.  It was also confirmed that once out of this Zone, we could re pursue should all other exchange plans fail.  Ive set the money aside for furniture or Lawyer fees!  Cant say life isnt exciting can we..
