It's not often that I bother to post on this site, because quite frankly there isn't much to reply too apart from the constant bickering.

However I would like to express my thanks to Tony Malpass, Brian Dornan, David and Linda Needham for their report of the meeeting they attended and for giving me the opportunity to read it. It has made for some interesting reading and has confirmed many points that my solicitor has told me.

Before the negative  and antagonistic posters start their retoric, NO I'm not a SARC member, NO I do not want My house back, YES I have purchased a property at Jumilla, YES I do have a bank guarantee, YES I do have legal representation, YES I am applying for my money back (because I am purchasing a property elsewhere) YES I do hope that Jumilla goes ahead and should their be any grammatical or speeling errors I DONT CARE.

Seriously Many Thanks for Your Work on behalf of Your Members and for passing your info on to those that want our money back.

I wish you both all the very best in chosing the best of the options pertaining to your situations.  At the end of the day we all want to be happy for as long as we can.  We only live once or so they say.

I hope you keep in touch.  Me and my hubby are in Spain in September and we will be looking to see what the best options are for ourselves.  Bickering aside the EOS forum is a very useful tool because we would have been in a right pickle without the input and advice of the members.

We will be staying in Cabo Roig in September, I am sure you are very familiar with this area by now.  It may be nice if we have the time to have a guiness in the sun.
