I definately see the differences and will be taking a look in January. 

I am prepered to invest money into a property but if there is options out there that does allow me to spend a lot less and still allows the same amount of usage then it is worth taking a look at. 

I will only be going 2 maybe 3 times a year anyway and if this option allows me to do that, then why not take a look. I have done some research in America and has been very successful out there. I have managed to read some independant articles that have reassured me of this. 

Timeshare also seems to be successful out there which suggests that the actual idea of time share/fractional ownership is not bad, its just beed misrepresented somewhere along the line in Europe. 

Its definately worth a look.

I was actually editing my post at the same time you was making yours, and it was funny because the gentleman I am dealing with at the project that I am most interested in was actually telling me some of the trciks of the trade. 

 

But when I was making the edit I was adding this article

I actually didnt hear this from an agent although it´s possible that it originated from those sources. I just want to know if there is any truth to the rumor or if it is totally false. Is there anything factual out there that can be verified.

 

I have looked on Disney websites and googled and found stuff but it was all based around rumor. I couldn´t find any articles. Are there Any?????

thanks for all comments. 

 

I agree with Surveyor as far as it is a good time to buy and that is why I am looking at all options. I will look at the area that you suggested and appreciate your advice. I know that I want to be on the western side of Marbella so will limit my search to there. I am going out in January so will look around then. 

 

Also have you heard this DISNEY WORLD LINK to the area. I have heard this for years now but have never heard anything concrete.
