I purchased a new car from Peugeot in July 2020; it has developed a fault concerning the display screen which is intermittent. It has been investigated by the garage and "repaired" on more than one occasion.  I have taken it back for further investigation as the screen continues to stop working; I have been told that as the car is now out of its 2 year warranty I will have to pay.  What are my rights? Will that particular fault be covered by the warranty as it was not repaired correctly?

I am a Spanish tax resident ( Uk citizen) and pay tax to HMRC on income from a property I rent in the UK.  I have been advised that I must also pay tax on this income on Spain; the Spanish tax would be lower as 60% of the profit would not be liable for tax. However, surely I should not pay tax on the same income in both countries? If I do have to pay HMRC and the Hacienda, can I claim any relief via the Double Taxation treaty? I have received conflicting information on this subject and hope that so,some will be able to clarify the situation for me. Thank you.

We have recently started a bridge club ; I understand there have been changes concerning how clubs are taxed. We collect a membership and charge table money....those two payments account for out income. Do any forum members know what taxes, if any, we will have to pay? I

Does anyone know if any companies in Spain buy used stair lifts? I have two, a  Thyssen Krupp Flow 2 and a Thyssen Krupp Levant (outdoor)? Just ovwr 1 year old and recently serviced. Unfortunately the company, happy to take 14000€ to supply and fit the two,are not interested in their removal or buy back.
