Property Agent

We are looking to buy on La Finca and struggling to get any info from the developer, can anyone recommend a local agent. Booked to re-vsit 5th July.

If you are in the market to buy just now then you are in a great position

There are lots of bargains and developer reductions of circa 25% in their 'asking prices' is the norm

Many are still dealing with their appointed agents which may account for you not getting much response or they may just have shut up shop for the time being

What type of property are you looking for ?....as you are new to EOS messages will not get to you for a while

Good to hear that you are going on your own as it is the best way to find a property but it does sometimes help if you make a few appointments to see a few agents before you go

The good ones do provide a good service and often get to know about the really good deals...which even in todays market do get sold quite quickly......by that I mean the' real' good ones!    

Also looks as though the exchange rate is on an improving trend!
