I bought a 3 bed terraced bungalow in Archivel nr Caravaca de la cruz, bought with the hope of investment but now as the golf resort Nature Caravaca looks like it isn't going to happen thinking of selling up as I have not used it as much as I thought I would (how many times have you heard that),was hoping to sell to the locals and therefore keeping the price down.Do you think these smaller more traditional villages will have a better chance of avoiding the market slowing?.** EDITED - Please respect terms of posting **
