Vagamar2 Rafal. Whats going on!!!

I am trying to contact any person(s) that has an apartment in Vagamar 2. (Rafal) for any info on what is happening down there.

All I know is that the water and electricity are being cut off from the 19th of May and there was an emergency meeting held today.

Me thinks vegamar complex in Rafal was part of Idearco, who went into liquidation in March. His other projects in Algorfa and Almoradi also have had problems. If it is the bright yellow appartments on the end of the village the last time I went past there they appeared to be almost complete,

 You will have to try and find out who the administrator is, the one appointed to Algorfa and Almoradi was Juan Carlos Ballester his email address administracion@comunidaddevecinos.com if it is him you will find him helpful as he speaks good english, he will be very busy at this moment as he is trying to obtain licences and contracts for the other two projects.
