We are moving to Spain in April and have a uk registered Astra, 12 months old. Is there anyone who is moving to UK who has a similar Spanish car, who may wish to exchange. We understand that to register a uk car in spain is fairly complicated and costly, also buying and selling second hand is not cost effective.

Hi.  Just moved to the UK from Spain and I still have my wife's car and I was looking for an exchange.  Like u say either re-registering or selling and buying is not cost effective.   We have a Citroen C3, diesel, black, perfect condition.  Still interested?

Hi.  The car is still in Spanish plates up to date road tax, all official services and all.     We bought it new as a second car, in nov-2005 and at the moment has 29500 miles.   Never had a problem with the car, we don't smoke, neither have/carried pets, and other than some small paint scratches and usual kids stuff in the interior, the car is in perfect condition.

I don't know the RAV4 details but its obviously a different layer ... what kind of exchange where you thinking?

I've requested PM to exchange further details.

Hi
That's great, our car is a silver Rav4 5 dr estate, petrol, 2002.
It has 77000 miles, tax and mot is due in Oct.
Like you no smokers, no pets, it does have the odd scratch very fine outside due to trees brushing against it (we live in the country).  Interior is good a few marks on the roof due to removal of push bikes in and out, childrens bikes that is.

If you feel you do not want to exchange the car could you let me know how much you would consider to sell it for.
Also would you know how would you re-register it when neither party are in Spain ???

Thanks
