Villa or finca wanted for winter rental from november to april

UK Couple in 60's and 2 labradors,looking for a villa or finca to rent long -term.Initially from November 2013 to April 2014 but possibly beyond that if right place found.Any area Southern Spain considered,but prefer Costa del Sol.Planning to visit in late September to have a look at suitable offers.

I have a 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroom Cortijo with pool near Estepa if you are interested. 400 euro a month + electric.
