Just out of interest is there anyone else on here that lives in Mallorca or any of the other Balearic Islands or are you all mainland?

where have you been, I have missed your posts as you always have real and sensible info.

I've been here all the time; thanks for the kind remark, I try to only post if I have anything worthwhile to contribute, or, of course, if someone gets my goat! Obviously there's not been much to interest me lately. Tends to be quiet in the summer - I guess most of us have better things to do than sit indoors on the PC!

On Mallorca:

I miss: C'an Pedro in Genova for their amazing lamb dinners; world class beaches, such as Portals Vells, unlike the scum ridden disaster areas here on CDS.

I don't miss: having to speak Mallorquín or German; feeling stir crazy (aka islanditis)
