Hi.
We also have had no water bills. But we are excpecting a huge bill at some point I don't think Masa is going to foot the bill for everyone I think they might charge everyone a percentage as I have heard of other builders doing the same. We are not on water meters yet but Masa is.

Hi All,
We have been informed that it is illegal for water to be charged by anyone other than the utility company .
Two good reasons for this is because our bank details are not available to anyone other than the water company and also because no-one knows what the water usage is as there are no water meters as yet.

It is ilegal to charge for any utility supplies where there is no Certificate of Habitation and there is an interesting thread on the main forum headed MASA ilegal Electricity Scam which everybody should read
The builder must pay the total bill up to the time when the Certifiicates are issued and there is a claim that MASA doctured some paperwork in this thread
