 fact is all over spian 40% drop in rent income too many apartments. in uk  rent is good as

a lack off housing.be at least 3 years before anything will sell

so you have to hang on as i still think it has still to go down 20%;

hi

in the summer my wife was over for a week .at onetime shesee 15 kids coming to

the pool from block 6 and forceing the door,she did tell them that

they should not be coming up but was told to go away in spainish.

she informed the maintance man who said he is not paid to send people away.

and proinal  have signed over so not for them to stop them.kids will be kids

but at the end of the day it is a pool paid for private for people useing porto fino

not a local swimming pool .
