I have checked now and you have not yet completed the purchase of the apartment you signed a contract for. The private forum is for those who have completed their purchase, and is by invitation only. Most of the owners have joined the new forum. There are quite a lot of people living here now and many who visit on their holidays.

I think if you contact the developer he may help you get a Spanish mortgage.

We no longer use this public forum. Owners now belong to a private forum. And yes, we do know that the developer is suing all of you who have not completed your purchase contracts. There is no reason, legally, for you to have not completed. Time to step up to the plate and honour your obligations please.
