Reduced fees for Mortgage operations

Could anyone point me in the right direction. I completed on an apartment at the end of 2007 and have just used it for the first time. The water in the bath took an age to drain away and I also have a drain cover in the bathroom which is filled with stagnent water. Is this a builders issue and does anyone have a contact email or telephone number for me to try and get this resolved.

Jose at Gesusir gave me their contact details so I reported it to them by email.  I was also over on Friday for the weekend so I went into their office to check out the progress.

The girl in the office was very helpful.She had printed my email and showed me the copy on the file. She had passed it on to the technical office and said that someone would go in and take a look within 2 weeks.

I'll take your advice and continue to remind them. 

I've been reading some of the posts and there seems to be an issue with Gesusir. Can you tell me when the next AGM will take place.

Hi Tony, the AGM is in August, we went last year and whilst Jose did some translation, I feel that we missed out on a lot of the discussion. The minutes came very late after several requests and did not exactly match either what was translated for us at the meeting or what we had understood for ourselves.  On the whole Gesisur are reasonably approachable and helpful but do the absolute bare minimum in terms of acting as our administrator ( a lot of comments on this site indicate that they don't even do the minimum) and a lot of English owners and some Spanish ones are not happy with their performance. Last AGM many people felt that we should give them another year to show us what they can do and general opinion seems to be that they have not impressed with their performance over the last 12 months.  Interestingly the tactic at last years AGM was to leave the vote on retaining or replacing Gesisur until the last agenda item and then of course the meeting over ran and the decision to keep them on was rushed through at the end.
In our experience the staff at Mar Y Casas are very helpful and will get issues resolved, though we needed to "project" manage and be clear and persistant but no more so than we have needed to be with tradespeople in the UK.
