We have just returned from a very busy week in Murcia. In addition to making a Spanish will, obtaining NIE numbers and granting power of attorney we visited a number of stores including IKEA.
They hold some stock which is available in the english catalogue but there are a lot of different items as the catalogue we picked up is specifically for the Iberian Peninsular. We were also impressed by Eroski, located opposite IKEA, for a variety of white goods.
Also visted a local market at Santiago de la Ribera on the Wednesday and noted bargains to be had in the way of Bedding, Towels, Curtains etc.
Visited the site twice during the week, Antonio (Site Office) interested in Eye on Spain re pool issue!!!!!
Amazed to see changes since our last visit in May - new photos being uploaded.
Went into village to use our bank, Cajamurcia and also had a drink at one of the local bars. Felt this was the beginning of a meaningful relationship!!!!
