Hi there

Just reading through some posts on the forum on security on completion and people suggesting locks should be replaced as it would not be known who (various tradesmen) would have had access to our keys

Does anyone know what levels of security we have within Oasis?  I cant remember if we will have gates into the development or not? also was there to be any alarms fitted in the blocks.  My brother lived in La Cala for over 4 years and never had any issues and I personally feel its a very safe area, but I would also like to make sure our apartments are secure and that I would most certainly be investigating the process of changing locks after completion.

Just wanted peoples thoughts on this or if it feels to be unnecessary in our development

Thanks

Kaush

Hi

The apartments were sold with individual alarms under special installations and are included in the specifications, but do not appear to have been installed. If you check any advert for this development, it states alarms installed as a fact.

We have taken this up with Nel and are still waiting for a reply. We expected the system to be installed and still do.

See www.oasiscalademijas.com it clearly states the installations, also check your specification for your apartment (your lawyer should also have a copy of it).

Perhaps you should phone Nel and query the lack of installation of the alarm.

Good luck and best wishes

Serene
