Hi everyone

Hope you have all recovered from Christmas and New Year!

I wanted to ask a question and get some advice.....when we last went out to Roda at the beginning of December we tried to go to the pool area but found that our keys would not work the locks on the entrance to P1 courtyard.  A kind lady let us in and informed us that the P1 community had taken the decision to change the locks so that P3 (Which we are) could not use the area or pool.  She went on to explain that it is because P3 did not contribute to the cost of upkeep etc.  You can undesrtand my amazement and confusion in this as no one has contacted us with regards to this .....we would happily contribute to its upkeep....if only we knew we had to!  As there are only a few of the apartments sold on P3 we do not have (to my knowledge) a president or community fees set up yet.

Is there someone who I can speak to to get this resolved ....as I said we are happy to contribute but we need to be told about this kind of thing....as we do not live there we have to rely this kind of forum for our info.

Hi Jrff & Lorrayne

When we were in Roda in August 2007 the President was Edward (Leche ?) he and his wife also run the Post Room in Los Alcazares. I know he was talking about resigning as President due to lack of time to do the job, but if you contact Eddy I'm sure he will explain what is happening, perhaps then you could update this forum?
