People who have not paid any community fees yet will be informed by letter or e mail. If they do not pay within a specific period (I am not sure what this is), Adfinsur will then start to take legal action. They can also legally change the locks on apartments of those who have not paid to deny access.

Since the last list of debtors was published by Adfinsur,  the debtors on that list has diminished quite significantly.

We had intended setting up a direct debit for this year's community fees, but have decided to wait until we get there at the end of this month to see what the debtors list is like for last  year ( glad to see that Andy says it has gone down considerably).  We will pay direct through our bank while out there, and then, hopefully, we will be happy to set up regular annual payments for August (why January William?  the apartment community's AGM is always June, so the fees are set for August).
