Hi everyone

Hope you have all recovered from Christmas and New Year!

I wanted to ask a question and get some advice.....when we last went out to Roda at the beginning of December we tried to go to the pool area but found that our keys would not work the locks on the entrance to P1 courtyard.  A kind lady let us in and informed us that the P1 community had taken the decision to change the locks so that P3 (Which we are) could not use the area or pool.  She went on to explain that it is because P3 did not contribute to the cost of upkeep etc.  You can undesrtand my amazement and confusion in this as no one has contacted us with regards to this .....we would happily contribute to its upkeep....if only we knew we had to!  As there are only a few of the apartments sold on P3 we do not have (to my knowledge) a president or community fees set up yet.

Is there someone who I can speak to to get this resolved ....as I said we are happy to contribute but we need to be told about this kind of thing....as we do not live there we have to rely this kind of forum for our info.

Hi Arron

The plaza area in Los Alcazares is now starting to get busy.  There are quite a few bar/restaurants there now.......I can reccomend the Royal Tandoori for evening food and Big Bens for lunch.  The plaza is next to Mercadonna....turn right after the flyover and its opposite the Euromarina building.  I also noticed a new WOK chinese being fitted out a week or so ago so may be finished now and is within easy walking distance of Roda...left after flyover ...you cant miss it.  I have only been in the small bar a couple of times and it seems very friendly and most people seem to use it so a good place to get to know and meet people.  Im not sure that there is much in the oasis area ...I have been down a couple of times but not really noticed anything....thats not to say that there is not anything there though.  Not sure about the website......perhaps someone else will let us know about it.

Just completed on P3......... Just wondered if anyone has plans for a communal ariel for the sat TV.
We will be buying something in the next couple of weeks and wanted to know if anyone else is planning and would like to club together for a communal TV.

Hi all

We should (fingers crossed) be nearing our completion date Dec/Jan and will need a spanish mortgage.  Does anyone have any advice or recommendations....ideally we would like a 100% (so we can get back our english equity) but it seems the majority only offer 80%.  Any help greatfully accepted
