Has anyone in the Marina completed the purchase of there new apartments and have they had their snagging completed by Ros y Folcon? I purchased at the Birdie Club back in June 2007 and have hardly any of my snagging repairs done. Additionally, since the rainy season started most of the townhouses and many of the apartments are showing a number of leaks in the roofs. The developer has had one attempt and correcting the problems but clearly they have been unsuccessful and both interior and exterior walls are starting the blacken with mould. My advice to anyone about to complete on any of the Ros y Falcon developments is to make sure that the snagging is done BEFORE completion.
