Mirador de la vega

I would like to begin by saying I have nothing but positive things to say about this particular builder. I recently purchased a property with the property builder Mahersol via their international office BSPAIN. They were absolutely first class. From meeting one of their reps at an exhibition, to joining them on the Inspection Visit and signing. Everything went smoothly and there was no pressure or false promises. We signed the contract last week and are now the proud owners of a beautiful apartment in a Spanish Village here in Spain.

It would be nice to hear from anyone else that has bought in Mirador de la vega, Benijuzar.

Hi Dellgirl, nice to see someone else has bought there, I was beginning to think we were the only ones!. Agree they are first rate (Mahersol). We're in a bit of a panic re completion though as it caught us by surprise (thought it would be after xmas). We were selling another house to pay for this so it's left us a bit exposed having to complete at short notice.

If I can fathom out how to do it I'll post some photos up of the development now.

We've bought 3 bed/2 bath on ground floor, love it, double garage in basement but reckon we could get 3 card into it!!

nice name by the way,... thanks for the reply, i too was shocked by the completion, but pleasantly shocked, i mean, all you hear and read about is all the delays. Nice to know that there is a company out there who delivers on time or even before time as the case is.

Who did u buy through? Maybe if you speak to them or your solicitor, they may be able to give you some time before completeing, especially with Christmas upon us, nothing much is going to happen now I shouldnt wonder.

The ground floor apts are fantastic, but none left for me, so i went for the top floor with massive terrace and solarium. Your garage will house 3 cars I am sure..yours, your wifes and mine..lol only kidding

Anyway, good luck and hope you get the time you need to complete
