investment required

We have heard that some owners are now signing their escrituras can anyone shed any light on this matter.

We own plot 151 and have met with a couple of our neighbours on our visits but would like to contact or meet with others.

Rumour had it that people from phases 1 and 2 were being called up to the office to get their papers at the beginning of last wek but I haven't heard of any.

Meanwhile the bar/restuarant opened last night and was very crowded for the opening party. I hope they do well as they have done it well and the menu is extensive. It is an asset well worth having, a pity the weasther was so foul but even so the car-park was crowded and the bar full to overflowing. If only they would do my snagging after 2 plus years!!!

We have heard about the escrituras but no one has yet confirmed it. We are on Phase 1 and we are being done last. so we haven't heard anything.

The news about the restaurant and bar is fantastic. Just hope the food is good! What kind of food do they sell? Are you going to give it a try?

I was out the week before last and the weather was fab but I noticed that it has taken a turn for the worrst! We are back for a flying visit in January so I will definately give the restarant a try!
