Hi

I have been speaking to a spanish lawyer about my off plan on Aifos Hipodromo and according to him the licence can NEVER be obtained,so anyone on there will be told to swap or get there money back,after my dealings with Aifos im pulling out,they failed to mention that their office in London is closing down.

have you got off plan on aifos hippo as well?when did you buy and how is it going?

Hi , Hipodromo folks, can anyone who is involved in buying an Aifos apartment on the hipodromo site, let me know if they have obtained a bank guarantee from the builders? Thanks in anticipation. Alex.
