looking for 3bed rental in algorfa area for march09 long term

Hi all

On a recent visit to site ive noticed that many people are adding to or altering their gardens.  Can this be done befoe the licence??  Just interested as I have a bungalow and dont really want to have cement city for a garden and would like to have some landscaping and if possible a pogoda.  So really need to know what is acceptable before licence of occupation as I have seen additional outbuildings,decking etc??

Just a little information on the gardens - You can landscape your gardens etc but I dont think you can errect sheds or build storage etc.  However if you just want to have a pagoda or decking or increase your paved areas then nobody seems to mind.

Also many people have covered in the wash areas on the quads - not sure what property you have.  But then again you can only do this in a temporary format until licence.  We intend to extend the tiling as soon as we can.

We were thinking about decking do you know who owns that villa.  We saw it being done and our friends sent us a pic of it finished and I think I would prefer it to our concrete tiles.  Really would like to get details of company used.

That was my husband Rob who did that decking and all the led lights - it looks very effective.

We are currently renting No 7 quad just down from the showhome so please feel free to give us a knock next time you are over.
