How Much Tax Do I Pay ??

Hi Everyone.

Our quad villa is due for completion on or before 30 December 2007.

Do we know how Taray are progressing?

Has anyone elso who was due for completion then been advised of any other completion date?

They are really cracking on with the quads on manzana 4. The crane & the cement mixers have been removed this week & they have started clearing for the car parking areas for the inner quads. (Fascinating watching the crane being dismantled at 7.30 in the morning!!!!) Have taken some pictures which will try & download later this week.

Looks like they are on schedule - plenty of contractors working on the insides.

Hi all

We've just returned from a visit - and we were impressed at how the development is progressing. We are on Manzana 5, and although the outside is not yet rendered, the floor tiles looked as if they were down and the kitchen wall tiled. We couldn't get in to see the new designed quads, work men wouldn't let us...and when we returned in the evening it was all securely fenced off !

We spoke to some people living there. They hold monthly BBQ's and invite people from the village, so a nice relationship is building. It was very hot but they said that the living was easy.

We had been told by our agent that our quad would not be ready till July 08, but the lady in the site office said that they were on schedule for March 08. Have finally managed to get our bank guarantee after alot of e-mails to our solictor - so if anyone else is waiting - just nag!

Time is going quickly - but roll on 2008
