2 bed condado garden 5 just found out that the pre installed air con is all the bedrooms and the living area also connections on the roof terrace for a washer

Ground floor has a washing machine connection outside under window, not sure about air con every room,  fans would be ok though

I was under the impression that there was plumbing for the washing machine in the kitchen with the 2 beds...? Having it on the roof sems a bit odd.

On La Torre the washing machine is just outside back door , and I could see pipes on the outside when I saw building work at Condado.  The machine has a cover on it.

Does this mean there are fixtures for a  dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine outside for either 1st floor or groundfloor? Was sure we'd read there was room for washing machine in the kitchen (Maybe the fixings are similar so its up to you what you put where ) Sadly can t remember where we saw this info- it was ages ago. I remember on another forum someone writing about creating a shed(!) on the roof for the washer but I thought that was a jest. Plus there was information about someone who could bolt down out door furniture for people who are absent for months on end.

When I visited Polaris at the beginning of this month I was told the plumbing for the washing machine was in the kitchen - that's for the 2 bedroom first floor apt. On the plans for some of the penthouse apts there is an area on the terrace for the washing machine but this doesn't appear on the Jardine's apts.
