This is really good news. Is this web site differant to the one on the actual PW web site because they have a search facility on that one that shows several hundred appartments are still left. I hope your info is more up to date as this means people can at last see pries go up quicker than they have been. Also , I plan to sell on my 3 bed to help pay for the 2 bed so the sooner all are sold the better.

yes you're right,there still is many left but thats because a lot of the spanish agents had block booked the good ones without paying deposits. but now under new polaris rules the agents must pay the deposit in full before they can reserve. This is sorting out the men from the boys when it comes to buying and it also has released a large number of really nice ones back onto the market from the block bookers which are being snapped up very quickly.
