We have purchased a 3 bedroom in the Jardines. Must say whole process has been easy and we have been kept well informed. Have the bank guarantee through for those worried about their money.
We have recently stayed at a family members property in Costa del Sol.
While in Peurto Banus found a Polaris World office selling the PW property in Murcia. We had a wander in to check out the models and on speaking with staff (no hard sell) we told them we had purchased in Conado. He informed us he had just returned from the site and he believes they are well ahead on building times (talking Jardines only here) and his estimate is that they may be ready to start handovers to clients around August 2008.
Not confirmed just thought I would update the forum with what we were told.
