Just thought we would post this note, as to prior to spending time at the development we were preparing ourselves for the worst.
We have just recently returned from spending a month on holiday at our apartment in Block 5 with our two children. We thought we might feel isolated but after some time exploring the area we found good local shops,bars,restuarants and beaches.
Over the month, we met some of our neighbours who all seemed very friendly and keen to share their knowledge and experiences.
We currently have only met one couple so far Peter and Pauline who are residing there permantley. They are a very helpful couple and for anyone who is interested they are offering a range of property services for the development. They have previous experience of renting/managing property in Lanzarote and seem to very well organised. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time and are looking forward to when we can return.
