Driving schools near Coín?!

hi all

my husband and i have bought an apartment (plot42) in laguna green in april, we are hoping to move next sept.

if anyone one has any information or photos we would really appreciate it, and if there are any neighbours, it would be nice to say hi!

as far as we know we will be completing in march 08, we visited the site end of july, and there seems to be quite a lot done since april....

but we dont know too much about what is happening and i can see some people have photos or info about the golf course, and commercial centres

Hi Lynn,

We are Kevin & Gail and we have just come back from Laguna Green having paid our deposit on no. 60, Fairways and will complete end of December 07. We are both so delighted to find this site and to contact other future residents like ourselves. We have taken hundreds of photos and, and soon as we can work out how to do it, we will post them on the site.

All the shells for the houses for completion Dec 07 are up and are in the process of being tiled. The builders all seem to be very busy and when we spoke to the builder last Monday, he told us that the completion date was on plan for December. The road is now being laid around the pool area and the structure for the commercials is well under way. Most of these have already been sold. So far there will be an Irish Bar, a Chinese, an Indian and a day-and-night shop.

It's great to think that when we go, we may already know some of our neighbours. I can see quite a few residents' parties in the near future!

PS   Can someone please tell me how to get some of the best photos on the site please!

Hi Kevin and Gail,we are Ray and Sue Parker and have bought plot 48 the Fairway , which is also due for completion in December 07,it is a bungalow .We went in May to the site and posted some photos of the site.Its nice to hear that the building work is progressing well and to schedule.

To post pictures,you need to save the digital photos to your hard drive and upload them from there using the Construction button at the top of the forum page after you have added Laguna Green site to your message board.Smaller file sizes upload faster. Hope this helps,look forward to viewing your pictures and meeting our new neighbours in our new homes in the new year.
