hi all
my husband and i are moving to spain permanently this year with our baby son, he will be 6 months when we move.
i am just looking for some general advice from anyone who has also been in these circumstances. 
regarding any groups, healthcare, basically any advice.
also if there is anyone near where we are moving to have some other children and mum & dads in the same position would be helpful (laguna green, near san miguel)

i would really appreciate any advice

hi all

me again, looking for some more advice if anyone can offer it......

just got an email from our lawyer and after getting everything else sorted and all going smoothly he know tells us something else!

he says we wont get our habitation certificate from the town hall until all work is completed, if it is completed as they have previously said.

so this could possible be 2009.... so he has left us with a choice of to delay until all work completed and certificate available, continue as normal and hope all goes to plan, or try and get our deposit back.

has anyone came accross this? is this really a problem?

hi all

 

we have just had a quick visit to laguna green and just to keep you updated what we were told at the sales office...

the commercial units will open end of this year (7 of them) th other 7 will open next year.

9 holes of the 18 hole golf course will be completed the end of this year, the next 9 holes next year, and still no date for the second one.

no mention of dates for club house, but was told site has been kept aside for leisure facilities but these are not part of golf invest.

there is also another builder in now begining another development.

the commercial centre at the begining of LG does have workers on site but again this are has nothing to do with golf invest so they couldnt tell us anymore.

hope this helps to keep people updated.....

could someone also help us as we didnt look too closely, is there seperate pools for phase one and phase 2 or do we have to share the one pool,

we thought the fairways and the green had their own communal pool.

thanks very much and look forward to catching up when we move out later this year.
