Wondering if anyone can give some advice.
I am currenlty very close to buying an apartment in Kristina, but have been concerned of poor talk about the developer, how have people find they deal with problems that arise.
Also does anyone experience damp in their properties - we saw 2 aprtments for sale, one ground floor and one first floor and both ahd damp problems - thisisnt a common theme is it and if so are the developer sorting it.
Be grateful fro any help with this
