Our touriste apartment at El Rincon is in Block 4.. We are over there for 3 weeks from 7 July but we are staying in our villa and our daughter and her boyfriend are test driving the apartment for us! Can you please confirm that the pool is up and running and are there any rules we need to know about! Also how and where do we dispose of rubbish - are there bins or skips provided somewhere outside? The pool is up and running and is really nice, there are two skips positioned on the front road entrance for rubbish.
As for rules I suppose its just common sense and consideration for other people.

Thank you Col - are you permanent residents or just for holidays and rentals like us? We have decided to let our daughter and her boyfriend stay there for the three weeks but we will be popping in and out to check on them and also we have to get the TV connected. Are you pleased with things generally? The friends who look after our villa also look after the apartment for us and have cleaned it ready for the visit. You never know we may bump into you! Yvonne

Are there sun beds round the pool area or do people just lie on towels etc.?
