For anyone that might be interested, we have had word from David at Vista Golf, that the electricity will be changed over next week on Tuesday the 19th of June, we have been told that if someone isnt there with the keys, the electricity will actually be turned off and you know what that means, paying money to get it on again and of course waiting for how ever long it might take, we are ok, we have been able to arrange for our keys to be left with a neighbour there, but just to let you all know that although they have only given us a few days notice we have to get things arranged. hope this might be of some help to anyone in our apartments :-)

Hi Elaine,
We got a call from someone in Spain last Wednesday, again telling us that our electricity was being connected on Tuesday the 19th, luckily for us we are out at the house from Sunday onwards.

Hi All
I just found this forum by chance. Im one of the unlucky ones im afraid. Our Electricity has been cut off and im now frantically trying to get in touch with electricity company to arrange having it put back on. My parents are due out there on Sunday so are not going to be best pleased at present.
Anyone have any idea how long im looking at being without electricity from previous experiences elsewhere ?

I dont know if this is any help or not, the only thing I can suggest is to try to get hold of anyone that you might know out there and ask them to go to the show house and try to get something sorted out there, maybe if they could get David to help, maybe by ringing you and getting some details, we were lucky we got someone to drop our keys off with someone there, but it was a bit touch and go, a few of us are trying to keep in touch with phone numbers and e.mails, things like that so that if these things happen, we are all here to help each other out. I cant really think of anything else that you could do, unless you are in contact with anyone that is already living there who could help you, but I think that they would have to have access to your poperty.

I think i might have it sorted. I got in touch with Idrebola, and with my best "Hablas Ingles" i managed to arrange for them to come out next Monday. Ill be so glad when everything is completely sorted out and i can just chill out around the pool :)
