Hi,

What do you think would be best.

We own a nice  2-bed 1 bathroom apartment with graden in Villamartin.

Change of circumstances in the UK could mean that we have to sell the house. We were out last week and although we have been lucky with our builder as all has been completed,  there are still up to 20 units still to be sold, and there are a lot of  houses up for sale in the local area.

It would break our hearts to sell, but we might be forced to. Thought about renting, but there are so many others trying the same at the moment.

So what do you think, hold on in there hoping things get better or accept what I can get?

Hi All,

After completeing on our Apartment last year, our lawyer (PSI Consultants- Playa Flamenca) has contacted us regarding payment of Land Registry Fee,

Does anybody know what amount I should have to pay? as we were assured all was payed for when the original bill was settled for on completion.

Our house is in the Villamartin area.

Hi,

Could anybody please give me advice on which outside plants are best for our holiday home, and where is the cheapest to get plants/trees round about Villamartin area.

I would like to put in a palm tree, but don't want anything that will grow too big.

We are also looking for some colour and easy to maintain.

We have already installed irrigation, but are unsure what settings to set the timer too.
