As discussed by email we are definately interested in pursuing this action as we have just found out that our Estate Agents have now dissapeared from Spain too! After no replies from email for a few weeks we decided to ride out to their offices and they have apparantly left Spain! Mum & Dad are going to try to get over to the builders offices soon so I will let you know if there is any update from that.
