Hi Everyone

I have had enough of being kept in the dark.
Today spoke to Mark Wilkins of The Rights Group   http://www.therightsgroup.com to seek his advice on the best way to complete the contract, or get my money back. He understood the situation and is willing to pursue matters with the builders. He will have more clout if acting for a group of us, so if you would like to join this action please send me a private message with your name & E-mail address. I will be 'point of contact'  to see what  the response is like.

Mark was recommended to me by a trusted contact, and is a contributor to eyeonspain website.

If the worst happens, joint legal action is possible to minimise costs.

Just had update from my agents :

Junta de Andalucia is currently reviewing all approved documentation for residential development in towns within their region………………. assure you that we have every confidence in your builder…………has all necessary documentation…..…licences……...Llanos del Peral & Lemon Tree Island…………in contact with the builders and will advise you once construction restarts.

Nothing new, but still alive & kicking !!!!
