Hi, we have just found this website.. We bought on phase II last year (November 2005), it was only when we requested a bank guarantee we were made aware of the problems. We do not have a bank guarantee and have been told this is not possible because Grupo Location do not own the land, and therefore the bank will not give them for Phase II. If there is anyone out there who has bought on Phase II and have been told differently, we would be keen to hear from you?
We live out here so are aware of the problems with the junta and we like everyone else are playing the waiting game, and hope that once the elections have taken place there maybe some changes.
We have bought a Teresa on the very edge of the development, looking over the pitch and put, this was our dream villa which we intended to live permanently in and were looking forward to meeting our new neighbours and be actively involved with the community. We havent given up hope , and as we live out here, if we read or hear of any news we will post it on the message board.
