For all those lucky owners on Gran Mirador 3 my Solicitor has sent me a copy of the Habitation Certificate for the development. I expected a lot more time and trouble before this got issued, but great news that it has been issued. All those living there are now " legal" inhabitants. Stand by for the water and electric charges to kick in, as this usually happens as soon as the certificate is issued. Iberdrola are usually a lot quicker at getting the thing processed and in some cases don't wait for the certificate to be issued.
