We used Martinez-Echevarria, Perez and Ferrero, Avenida Masnou, Calpe as our Spanish lawyers during the purchase of an apartment at Gran Mirador.  In view of the situation with the golf course we are attempting to withdraw from the contract.  I have spoken with one of the firm's lawyers and they will be attempting to recover our outlays.  The lawyer told me that they have around 30 clients in a similar position.  However, I cannot vouch for any particular law firm or confirm this firm is the one you are enquiring about.  My lawyer's efforts are ongoing.

As far as I am aware there at least a dozen or more buyers who are not prepared to complete the purchase of these properties due essentially to the shady disappearance of the Golf Course and lack of confirmation about its commencement. We found the Sanjuan urbana team very untrustworthy.

Most of us are using Martinez Echeverria to act on our behalf . We have also asked MacAnthony's to also throw their weight behind this as they introduced us to this development and have now dropped it. I think the quality of the properties is 1st class but without the Golf Course its rental potential is massively reduced and thus the the prices are vastly over the odds. I am personally quite disappointed with the way things have turned out but am not prepared to pay high end prices and not get what we paid for.
