We purchased through MRI and so far have not had any major problems apart from the usual chasing for updates and the completion date being delayed but as this is down to the developer there is not really much MRI can do. We joined the aftersales service and although the information on the web site is poor all our contact and updates has been with one person at MRI and so far this has worked well.
We are due to complete 'soon' in Block 10, I understand block 4 is the first complete in this phase. As for going out to the development we have agreed power of attorney with the lawyer so we do not need to be out for the handover. Hopefully if all goes to plan we will go out at the end of Oct to finish things off - snagging list is already underway, so things like sat install, furnishing etc...which we have already been discussing with MRI
