Palmera and Grupo Mirador

Hi, we bought of plan in June 07 for Angelina2 apartments, they were meant to be ready July 08, we were told it was ready to complete Oct 08 but after we arrived in spain in Nov 08 ready to complete we were advised that the Habitation certificate had not been issued by the local council, now Feb 09 and still waiting!

How is the site progessing? Has anyone else had these problems?
