Block 272 New Build Apartments

Is anyone looking at purchasing one of the new build Marbella style penthouse apartments in block 272? Have you viewed? Are they ready for completion? Any been sold yet?

I was having a look at the floor plan for the new 4 bed apartments and it looks pretty much like two 2 bed apartments with the adjoining wall removed. Has anyone seen them?

I quite like the new bathroom with walk-in shower. I am going to get my bath ripped out and something like that installed. Looks much better than a bath with a shower screen. Are they smaller than the 2 bed apartment bathrooms?

Hi ducan , I tried to sneak in for a look a few weeks ago but now there all Complete except for snagging it was Impossible,  someone was moving there belongings in at that time and I'm lead to believe the block is selling steadily.

The bathroom is much better without the pointless bath my block 275 was the first to do away with them at construction. 

Let hope 272 sells all apartments and and the remaining block get Completed.

Agree about the bath (and bidet), we are getting ours removed and a walk-in shower installed.

Interesting that some people are moving in. Any other purchasers or potential purchasers out there with some pictures to share?
