Hi Graham,

Funny you should ask, I was chatting with a couple who had their bath removed and the bathroom turned into a wet room. All for a very decent price.

I'm thinking of having the same done as I never use the bath other than to have a shower in.

Send me a pm and I will try to hook you up with them.

Hi Graham,

One of our neighbours in our block have had there bath removed, thy had it done by the bathroom shop on the one way system in Roldan.

They have done a very good job, they also managed to match the wall and floor tiles.

We are also thinking of having it done.

regards

Got my quote through. Very reasonable. We had two options.

Apparently the tiles used in the bathrooms in Phase 1 were end of production run. They are no longer available.

Option 1 remove bath and put in acrylic shower tray, rain shower and single glass partition. Remove bidet and retile shower walls with new tiles and third wall with old tiles

Option 2 remove bath and put in acrylic shower tray, rain shower and single glass partition with sliding partition to create full shower unit where bath used to be. Remove bidet and retile full shower unit with new tiles.

You can leave the bidet, but it will interfere with the entrance to the shower unit, as would the toilet if laid out the other way.

I have example pictures and estimate prices if you pm me I will send them. I think we will go for option 1

Finished results, entrance wall matching existing tiles, new tiles on back wall and shower head wall. Bidet removed.

Pictures below, but end of build clean still to be done!

Very reasonable price. If anyone wants contact details, PM me
