Happy hour ? Confused

Noticed on face book   David offering happy hour....at Manolis.  Then there's similar sign at golf... 

Are people not working together and all seems very quiet again on pool bar and the shop front.     Once any one knows anything can they shout about it. 

We have had people friends and family visiting and been disappointed that things not up and running after the hype.

The pool bar has been refurbished, currently the pool is being re-tiled so things are moving forward albeit slowly.  No shop, as I understand they can't get a licence.  Happy hour, well that is a bit of a 'cock-up'.  

Thats as much as I know even being here permenantly.
