Mail Boxes for Block 271

We've had our apartment in Block 271 for almost a year now and I've asked Resortalia when we might have mail boxes set up on site so we can receive land mail. However they told me that I should take this up with Sun Peninsula who sold us the apartment. They haven't responded when I queried this. Does anyone have any information regarding when our block may be provided with mail boxes on the site as it's inconvenient having to go to the post office in Roldan routinely to see if mail may have come in.

Hi Caroline, 

I couldn't agree more, it's a real pain queuing in Roldan just in case you have post. I also know that there is a block in La  Isla that have been waiting longer. 

As the new block president I've taken up the challenge on this one and have been in contact with Sun P. Apparently there is a meeting planned for this week with the builder to discuss this and other defects. However, I'm not totally convinced anything will happen fast, so I'm exploring ways we can perhaps "persuade" Sun P to get it sorted out. 

I'll be emailing the whole block once I get my presidents welcome pack.

Hi Jim,  keep persevering with sun peninsula as its soley there responsibility,  also if any owners in block 271 have free legal advice with there lawyer (I do as its included because I pay them to do my non residents tax) get them to send an email to sun Peninsula,  it will help I have use thus service a couple of times when getting now where.
