Painting

Can anyone tell me when the direct debit comes out for painting, 15E, is it every three months.

Yes every quarter, ours taken on 25/8.

talking about that,iv calculated that as a community,we should have about 180,000 in the painting

pot at the mo,based on 4 payments each property x 3000 =180,000

is that not enough to make a start? We could employ our own full time painters for that surley

 Painting due to start in October. painting tenders now finalised..

A good paint pot indeed, but don't forget the non-payers who will have it done for free.

If we can't stop persistent non-payers from entering the resort (genuine hard ups aside), how about painting a big black cross on their walls?  Name and shame.
