Ambulance

Hi

I wonder if anyone could help- whilst over in our apartment this week my husband was taken unwell and we had to call an ambulance. The ambulance struggled to find us- taking over 40 minutes and in the end I had to drive to the main entrance to guide the ambulance to us, leaving my husband alone.

when I gave the emergency services the address they did not seem to be able to locate the site- can anyone advise what we should say if this ever happened again (i.e its near a certain landmark)
