What agent did you use? I’m not 100% sure which bank is selling them now. It was Solvia when first viewed but then ended up buying a resale.

Most of the bank sales on UGR  have been done via the agent, Golf Property Store. We also used them for our resale and they were brilliant. They will be able to tell you which bank has them now.

The building with subsidence is still standing at the moment. 

When people refer to the build quality - clearly they aren’t talking about the building that was affected by subsidence.

You could try Andy and Catherine at the Golf Property Store too. Many of us who purchased on UGR have used them - mainly for the bank repossessions, but we used them to purchase our resale apartment.

We bought here 3 years ago - resale as the bank repos had sold out by that point (they release in batches). We love it here and are currently here on holiday. Best thing to do is get out here and view. We may no longer have a golf course but there are lots of other positives, especially the peace and quiet!

One of the entrances to the resort is fully closed for security purposes. You have to go further down the road to the main entrance.
