Hi,

I visited Alta Vista last Month the first phase is getting closer to completion they are saying April 2006.

have you seen photos recently?

They have a problem in the Town Hall because they cannot obtain the habitation license until they make properly the access road to the complex.

The apartment of my client has to be ready in march 2007 so the delay will be 1 year in 2 months, enough to go to the court.

 The habitation (occupancy) licence has now been granted on the basis of the temporary access at the bottom of the hill by the lake.  The actual access road which starts at the top of the hill should be completed when Phase 2 is finished in the next month or so. Thus access is no longer a problem.
